Where elected Courier Care will pay for the hire cost (including stamp duty) of a vehicle following a claim subject to the following:-

- Maximum daily hire cost of $105 with a total hire cost any one claim of $1,500.
 
- Insurance, fuel, running costs and hire company deposit are the responsibility of
  the Insured.

- Hire cover commences on the authority of the Assessor once the
  damaged vehicle has been inspected and the claim admitted.
- Hire cover ceases: When the period authorised expires, or
                                  When the damaged vehicle is ready for collection, or
                                  On the expiration of 21 days, or
                                  When the hire cost any one claim total $1,500
                                  Whichever is the first to occur.

- The type of hire vehicle is at the sole description of the insurance company.

Note: When a vehicle is declared a total loss, the maximum hire car cover provided would be 5 days from the date the vehicle is declared a total loss in writing. This limitation will not apply in the event of the vehicle being stolen and is not recovered within 21 days from the date of loss.
